Mike Pinchot serves as Criterion's Estimator and Project Manager, acting as the critical link between customer requirements and successful production outcomes. He works closely with aerospace and defense customers to translate complex engineering drawings into executable machining plans, leveraging Criterion's ProShop ERP system to track every job from inquiry to shipment.
