As President and third-generation owner of Criterion Precision Machining, Tanya DiSalvo leads the company with a focus on serving mission-critical industries where failure is not an option. Under her leadership, Criterion has evolved from its 1953 origins as a general machine shop into a specialized precision machining company serving medical device, aerospace, defense, and photonics industries. Estimator/Project Manager
Mike Pinchot serves as Estimator and Project Manager at Criterion Precision Machining, bringing extensive expertise in precision machining project management and cost estimation. In his role, Mike works closely with clients in the medical device, aerospace, defense, and photonics industries to develop accurate project estimates and ensure seamless execution from initial quote through final delivery. His deep understanding of CNC milling, turning, and Swiss turning processes enables him to provide clients with realistic timelines and precise cost projections for even the most complex components. Mike's attention to detail and commitment to customer service ensures that projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting Criterion's exacting standards for mission-critical applications where tolerances down to ±0.0002" are required.

Kelly Marflak serves as Quality Manager at Criterion Precision Machining, overseeing the company's certified Quality Assurance program that ensures components meet the exacting standards required by medical device, aerospace, defense, and photonics industries. With responsibility for maintaining ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications, Kelly manages the quality control processes that deliver tolerances down to ±0.0002". She oversees the operation of advanced inspection equipment including the Global Advantage CMM with PC-DMIS software, OASIS optical inspection systems, and Keyence measuring systems that can evaluate up to 99 dimensions on 100 parts simultaneously.
