As the third-generation owner of Criterion Precision Machining, Tanya DiSalvo leads a woman-owned company that has been delivering precision machined components since 1953. Under her leadership, Criterion has specialized in serving 'No Failure' industries including medical devices, aerospace, defense, and photonics. Tanya has guided the company's evolution from a general machine shop to a highly specialized precision machining facility equipped with advanced Swiss turning centers and multi-axis CNC equipment. Estimator/Project Manager
Mike Pinchot brings extensive expertise in precision machining project management and cost estimation to Criterion Precision Machining.
