As the third-generation owner of Criterion Precision Machining, Tanya DiSalvo leads the company with a vision rooted in precision and innovation. Under her leadership, Criterion has evolved from a general machine shop founded by her grandfather Mike Ondercin in 1953 into a specialized precision machining company serving mission-critical industries.
