As the third-generation owner of Criterion Precision Machining, Tanya DiSalvo leads a woman-owned company that has evolved from its 1953 origins into a specialized precision machining partner for mission-critical industries. Estimator/Project Manager
Mike Pinchot brings extensive expertise in project estimation and management to Criterion's precision machining operations. Quality Manager
Kelly Marflak oversees Criterion's certified quality assurance program, ensuring that every precision machined component meets the exacting standards required by mission-critical industries. With responsibility for ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 compliance, she manages comprehensive quality control processes from incoming material inspection through final product delivery. Kelly coordinates the operation of advanced inspection equipment including the Global Advantage CMM, OASIS optical inspection system, and multiple Keyence measuring systems.
