As third-generation owner and President of Criterion Precision Machining, Tanya DiSalvo leads a woman-owned company that has specialized in mission-critical manufacturing for over 70 years. Under her leadership, Criterion has evolved from a general machine shop founded by Mike Ondercin in 1953 into a trusted partner for the defense, aerospace, medical device, and photonics industries.
